Our desire is to help our parish families by providing resources to help keep you and your family healthy and happy, both spiritually and emotionally.  Below are some links and hotline numbers that you may find helpful.

Most importantly, if you feel that you, or a member of your family needs help or support to deal with life's challenges, please call someone to find the appropriate services.  Don't let embarrassment or feelings of shame stop you from getting help.
